The typical forward voltage is 0.66V at 30A and 125°C, minimizing conduction losses.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The device is housed in a TO-247-3 package (supplier package TO-247AD) and is designed for through-hole mounting. It offers a very low forward voltage drop, extremely low switching losses, and low reverse recovery current.
