<p>The STMicroelectronics LIS3DHTR is an ultra-low-power, high-performance 3-axis digital accelerometer featuring an I2C/SPI serial interface. This 'nano' family device supports dynamically selectable full scales of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g, with output data rates ranging from 1 Hz to 5.3 kHz.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key electrical specifications include a wide supply voltage range of 1.71V to 3.6V and an independent I/O supply compatible with 1.8V. It offers ultra-low power consumption, down to 2 μA in specific modes. The device includes an embedded temperature sensor and supports self-test functionality for sensor verification.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Designed for motion-activated functions, the LIS3DHTR provides 6D/4D orientation detection, free-fall detection, and motion detection capabilities. It features two independent programmable interrupt generators for wake-up and free-fall events. The accelerometer also includes an embedded 32-level FIFO buffer for efficient data storage.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Packaged in a 16-LGA (3x3) format, the LIS3DHTR is designed for surface mount applications. It boasts high shock survivability up to 10000g and is ECOPACK®, RoHS, and Green compliant.</p>
