The STMicroelectronics AIS25BATR is a digital MEMS motion sensor designed for accelerometer applications. It provides X, Y, and Z axis sensing with selectable acceleration ranges of ±3.85g and 7.7g, and a bandwidth of 2.4kHz.
This device operates with a low voltage supply ranging from 1.71V to 2.1V and features I2C and TDM output interfaces. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 125°C.
Packaged in a compact 14-LGA (2.5x2.5) format, the AIS25BATR is designed for surface mounting. It is compliant with RoHS3 standards and has a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of 1.
