<p>The C3D20060D is a 600V, 20A silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky diode array from Wolfspeed, configured as a common cathode pair. It utilizes SiC Schottky technology to achieve zero reverse recovery current and forward recovery voltage, enabling high-frequency operation with minimal switching losses. The diode offers a typical forward voltage of 1.5V at 10A and 25°C, with a maximum of 1.8V. It can handle continuous forward current up to 27.5A per leg (55A per device) at 25°C case temperature, and up to 10A per leg (20A per device) at 149°C. The device is rated for repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and has a non-repetitive surge current capability of 90A per leg.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This diode array is designed for applications such as boost diodes in PFC or DC/DC stages, freewheeling diodes in inverter stages, switch-mode power supplies, solar inverters, and AC/DC converters. The SiC technology provides temperature-independent switching behavior and allows paralleling of devices without thermal runaway concerns.
