The C3D06060A is a 600V, 19A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode manufactured by Wolfspeed. It is housed in a TO-220-2 through-hole package and utilizes SiC Schottky barrier technology to deliver zero reverse recovery current and temperature-independent switching behavior.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum continuous forward current of 19A at 25°C (derated to 6A at 135°C and 154°C), a typical forward voltage of 1.5V at 6A and 25°C, and a maximum reverse voltage of 600V. The diode offers a non-repetitive surge current rating of 63A at 25°C and a total capacitive charge of 15nC at 400V.
The device is designed for applications such as industrial switched mode power supplies, PFC and DC-DC boost stages, uninterruptible power supplies, and solar inverters.
