<p>The 1SMA5935BT3G is a 27V Zener diode from onsemi's 1SMA59xxBT3G series of 1.5 Watt plastic surface mount voltage regulators. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 27V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum Zener impedance of 23 Ω. The device is designed for general purpose voltage regulation and clamping applications.</p><p> </p><p>This Zener diode features a forward voltage of 1.5V at 200 mA and a reverse leakage current of 500 nA at 20.6V. It is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package and supports an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The part is Pb-free and rated with ESD Class 3 (>16 kV) per the Human Body Model.</p><p> </p><p>The 1SMA5935BT3G is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 5000 units. It is suitable for automated assembly and is a direct replacement for MELF packages in many designs.</p>
