The 1SMA5935BT3G is a 27V Zener diode from onsemi's 1SMA59xxBT3G series of 1.5 Watt plastic surface mount voltage regulators. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 27V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum Zener impedance of 23 Ω. The device is designed for general purpose voltage regulation and clamping applications.
