<p>The BAS40-06LT1G is a common anode Schottky barrier diode array designed for high speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It features extremely low forward voltage to reduce conduction loss, with a maximum forward voltage of 380mV at 1mA, 500mV at 10mA, and 1V at 40mA. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a forward continuous current of 120mA. Maximum power dissipation is 225mW at 25°C ambient. The junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is 508°C/W on FR-4 minimum pad and 311°C/W on a 1.0x1.0 inch pad. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
