<p>The BAS16DXV6T1G is a dual switching diode array from onsemi, containing two independent standard silicon diodes in a single SOT-563 surface-mount package. Each diode is rated for a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 100V and a continuous forward current of 200mA.</p><p> </p><p>Key electrical characteristics include a fast reverse recovery time of 6 ns (tested at IF=IR=10mA, RL=50Ω), forward voltage of 715 mV at 1 mA, and extremely low capacitance of 2 pF at 0V bias. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant.</p><p> </p><p>The SOT-563 package supports surface mount assembly and is supplied in tape and reel (4000 pcs per reel).
