The device is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant.

 

The SOT-563 package supports surface mount assembly and is supplied in tape and reel (4000 pcs per reel). Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. Thermal resistance is 350°C/W with one junction heated and 250°C/W with both junctions heated.
