The M1MA141WAT1G is a common anode silicon epitaxial planar dual switching diode designed for ultra high speed switching applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 40V, maximum forward current of 100mA per diode, and a maximum forward voltage of 1.2V at 100mA. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of less than 10ns and a low diode capacitance of 15pF. Maximum reverse leakage current is 0.1µA at 35V.
The device is housed in the SC-70 (SOT-323) surface mount package and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 pieces per reel. Maximum power dissipation is 150mW and the operating junction temperature is 150°C.
