<p>The EN2360QI is a member of the Enpirion PowerSoC family of integrated DC-DC step-down converters from Intel. It combines a controller, high-performance 12V MOSFET switches, compensation network, and inductor in a single 68-pin QFN package measuring 11.0mm x 8.0mm x 3.0mm. This non-isolated point-of-load module delivers up to 6A output current with an adjustable output voltage from 0.75V to 5V. The input voltage range is 4.5V to 14V, making it suitable for a variety of 12V rail applications.</p><p> </p><p>Typical efficiency is 89% with peak efficiency reaching 94%. The device includes protection features such as over-temperature protection (OTP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). Control features include an enable pin with active high logic and remote on/off capability. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, suitable for commercial ITE applications.</p><p> </p><p>The compact footprint and integrated design reduce the need for external components and simplify PCB layout.
