<p>The Intel EP5358HUI is a 600mA Non-Isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC converter module. It integrates MOSFET switches, control circuitry, compensation, and magnetics into a compact 2.5mm x 2.25mm x 1.1mm 16-PowerTFQFN package. The module operates from a minimum input voltage of 2.4V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.8V to 3.3V. With a typical efficiency of 93% and a switching frequency of 5 MHz, it enables a small solution footprint with low output ripple.</p><p> </p><p>The EP5358HUI includes protection features such as overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). It also supports remote on/off control with an active-high enable input. The device is designed for surface-mount assembly and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.</p><p> </p><p>Typical applications include wireless and RF systems, broadband data cards, small form-factor optical modules, low-noise FPGA I/O and transceivers, and power supplies for advanced low-power processors, DSPs, memory, and video/multimedia engines. The integrated inductor technology reduces external component count and simplifies PCB layout.</p>
