The ISL8203MIRZ is an integrated step-down power module from Renesas, designed for dual 3A or single 6A output current. It operates from an input voltage range of 2.85V to 6V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 5V, delivering efficiency up to 95%. The two channels are 180° out-of-phase to reduce input RMS current and EMI, and can be combined in current sharing mode for a single 6A output with reduced ripple.
