<p>The C&amp;K CCM03-3504LFT R122 is a SIM/SAM card connector from the CCM03 MK2 series. It features 8 contacts with a push-pull insertion and removal mechanism, designed for surface mount right angle mounting. The connector accepts both SIM and SAM cards and is compatible with lead-free SMT soldering processes.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Electrical specifications include a contact resistance of 100 mΩ max, insulation resistance of 1,000 MΩ min, and a current rating from 10 µA to 1 A. Dielectric strength is 750 Vrms min for the main contacts and 250 Vrms min for the card detection switch. The card detection switch is normally open with a maximum power rating of 0.2 VA.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mechanically, the connector offers a mechanical life of 50,000 cycles minimum with a fixed cover. Card insertion force is 3N max, extraction force ranges from 0.80N min to 3N max, and contact force is 0.25N to 0.50N. The slide locking force is 2N min to 6N max, with a complete depression force of 1.8N max. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The connector is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
