The C&K Components KMR441G LFS is a micro miniature SMT top actuated tactile switch designed for industrial, medical, and automotive applications. It offers ultra-low current capabilities and an excellent tactile feel.
This switch features a momentary action with a SPST-NO (Single Pole Single Throw, Normally Open) contact arrangement. It has a contact rating of 0.05A at 32VDC and a maximum power rating of 1 VA. The operating force is specified at 400gf, with tactile feeling rated at ≥ 25% for 2N-4N actuation forces and ≥ 20% for 1.2N actuation forces.
Designed for surface mounting, the KMR441G LFS utilizes gull wing termination style. Its dimensions are 4.60mm x 2.80mm, with an actuator height of 2.50mm off the PCB. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, and it is suitable for lead-free reflow soldering processes in accordance with IEC 61760-1.
Key specifications include a contact resistance of ≤ 100mΩ, insulation resistance of ≥ 1 GΩ, and a bounce time of ≤ 3 ms. The switch is available with or without a ground pin.
