<p>The ESD8472MUT3G is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed by On Semiconductor for protecting sensitive RF antenna circuits from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage transients.</p><p> </p><p>Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 5.3V, a maximum clamping voltage of 20V at 3A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform), and an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.2pF at 1MHz. This low capacitance makes it suitable for high-frequency signal lines where signal integrity is critical.</p><p> </p><p>The device is housed in a compact 2-X3DFN (0.6x0.3) surface-mount package, also known as 0201 (0603 Metric). It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is rated for a maximum peak pulse current of 3A. The ESD8472MUT3G does not provide power line protection and is intended for signal line applications.</p>
