The ON Semiconductor NCP163AMX130TBG is a high-performance, ultra-low noise LDO (Low Dropout) linear voltage regulator. It is capable of supplying up to 250 mA of output current with a fixed 1.3V output voltage. Designed to meet the stringent requirements of RF and sensitive analog circuits, this device boasts ultra-low noise and high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR).
The regulator operates within an input voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V and features excellent load and line transient response. Its quiescent current is typically 12 µA, with a standby current of only 0.1 µA, making it suitable for battery-powered equipment. The device offers ±2% accuracy over load and temperature variations and a low dropout voltage of 80 mV at 250 mA.
Packaged in a compact 4-XDFN exposed pad measuring 1mm x 1mm, the NCP163AMX130TBG is designed for surface mounting. It includes protection features such as over current, over temperature, and soft start. The device is also Pb-Free and Halogen Free, complying with RoHS standards.
