The MMBD4148CC is a small signal diode array manufactured by On Semiconductor. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with standard technology. The device is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA. It offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns and a low forward voltage of 1.0V at 10mA. The diode array is housed in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package (also available as TO-236-3 or SC-59).
