The device has a maximum operating current of 180 mA at 25 °C and a typical trigger current of 220 mA. It operates over a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C and can be stored from -65 to +150 °C.</p><p> </p><p>The component is housed in a 3-SMD, no-lead package (supplier device package 3-DFN), suitable for surface mount assembly. It is RoHS3 compliant and Pb-free. This part is not recommended for new designs; Bourns recommends the TBU-CA Series as a preferred alternative.</p>
