The LTC4368IDD-2#PBF is a 100V UV/OV and reverse protection controller with bidirectional circuit breaker from Analog Devices. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 60V and provides overvoltage protection up to 100V and reverse supply protection down to -40V. The device controls back-to-back N-channel MOSFETs to disconnect the load when voltage or current faults are detected. Forward and reverse current sense thresholds are set via an external resistor; the -2 variant features a -3mV reverse sense threshold. Undervoltage and overvoltage thresholds are adjustable using an external resistor divider with ±1.5% accuracy. Typical operating current is 80µA, dropping to 5µA in shutdown. The part includes a 32ms turn-on delay to debounce live supply connections and block 50Hz/60Hz AC power. The LTC4368IDD-2#PBF is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and is rated for industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. It is housed in a 10-lead 3mm × 3mm DFN package (10-WFDFN exposed pad) for surface-mount assembly.
