The Bourns TBU-PK060-100-WH is a TBU® High-Speed Protector designed for superior circuit protection. It provides dual bidirectional overcurrent and overvoltage protection, blocking surges up to its rated limits.
Constructed using MOSFET semiconductor technology, this component is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics from faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. It features high-speed performance and a small SMT package.
The device monitors voltage on two lines and switches to a blocking state if the line voltage drops below Vss. It operates within a temperature range of -55 to +125°C and is supplied in a DFN package meeting RoHS and Pb Free solder reflow profiles.
Key electrical characteristics include a trigger current of 100-200mA, a series resistance of 65-90Ω, and a blocking time of 1µs. It also offers ESD protection up to ±2kV HBM on line pads.
