<p>The CM1213A-04MR is a 4-channel low capacitance ESD protection array from ON Semiconductor, designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. Each channel consists of a steering diode pair that routes ESD current to the supply rails, with an integrated Zener diode between Vp and Vn for rail protection without an external bypass capacitor.</p><p> </p><p>Key electrical specifications include a typical clamping voltage of 10V, a peak pulse current rating of 1A (8/20 µs), and an ultra-low typical channel input capacitance of 0.85 pF with capacitance matching of 0.02 pF, making it ideal for differential signal pairs. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection with ±12 kV contact discharge capability.</p><p> </p><p>The CM1213A-04MR is housed in a 10-MSOP surface mount package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-free, and halogen free/BFR free, suitable for general purpose applications including USB 2.0, HDMI, and Serial ATA ports.</p>
