<p>The Microsemi CPT40145 is a high-current Schottky diode module designed for power conversion applications. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with a working peak reverse voltage of 45V and an average forward current of 200A per leg (400A per package). The module offers low forward voltage drop of 0.49V at 200A and 25°C, and 0.57V at 200A and 150°C, ensuring efficient operation. With a maximum surge current of 3000A per leg, it is suitable for demanding conditions.</p><p> </p><p>The module is housed in the MD3CC package, a chassis-mount design with a nickel-plated copper baseplate for excellent thermal management. The junction-to-case thermal resistance is 0.32°C/W per leg and 0.16°C/W per package, with a typical greased case-to-sink resistance of 0.08°C/W. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The device is RoHS compliant.</p><p> </p><p>Typical applications include power supplies, converters, and motor drives where high efficiency and reliability are required. The robust construction and high surge capability make it ideal for industrial and automotive power systems.</p>
