The APT30SCD120S is a 1200V, 30A Silicon Carbide Schottky diode from Microsemi Corporation. It features zero recovery time (trr = 0 ns), minimizing switching losses and eliminating the need for snubber circuits in high-frequency applications. The diode offers a low forward voltage of 1.5V typical at 30A and 25°C, and a low reverse leakage current of 600 µA at 1200V.
