It supports a core voltage range of 1.2 V to 1.5 V and offers system performance up to 250 MHz at 1.5 V systems. This FPGA boasts 3 million system gates and 516,096 bits of true dual-port SRAM, along with up to 620 user I/Os.
Built on a 130-nm, 7-layer metal CMOS process, the device retains programmed designs when powered off and supports instant-on Level 0. It features high-performance routing, clock conditioning circuits with integrated PLLs, and embedded memory options including 1 kbit of FlashROM. The IGLOOe family also supports ARM Cortex-M1 soft processors.
