<p>The Radiall DSXE2PS106PS106P0001 is an environmental dual plug connector housing from the DSX series. It is designed for applications requiring a high pin count and robust environmental sealing. The connector housing includes 106 size 22 pin contacts and 16 sealing plugs, all uninstalled for user assembly.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The shell is made of die cast aluminum alloy per SAE AMS-QQ-A-591 with an electroless nickel finish per SAE AMS-2404. The insert material is thermosetting molded compound per ASTM D 5948. Contacts are leaded nickel copper (C97) with gold over nickel plating. Contact retention is rear release, rear removable via beryllium copper clips.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The connector is free hanging with panel mount capability using floating eyelets. It includes two covers (part number 610 803). The polarizing system is unassembled at delivery. Crimp termination is used for wire attachment.</p>

<p>The Radiall 617-340 is a size 16 rear removable, rear release crimp socket contact designed for use with AWG 16, 18, and 20 wires. The contact body is made of beryllium copper per ASTM B 196, with a localized finish area of 50 microinch minimum gold and all other surfaces 10 microinch minimum gold over a nickel underplate on the entire body. A stainless steel protection sleeve per SAE AMS-5514 provides additional durability.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The contact accommodates a maximum insulation diameter of 2.60 mm and requires a wire strip length of 6.0 mm. Recommended tooling includes the M22520/1-01 crimping tool with selector positions 6, 5, and 4 for AWG 16, 18, and 20 respectively, the M22520/1-02 positioner, and M81969/1-03 or M81969/14-03 insertion/extraction tools. The termination style is crimp, and the mounting type is cable mount or free hanging.</p>
