The Radiall DSXE2PS106PS106P0001 is an environmental dual plug connector housing from the DSX series. It is designed for applications requiring a high pin count and robust environmental sealing. The connector housing includes 106 size 22 pin contacts and 16 sealing plugs, all uninstalled for user assembly.
The shell is made of die cast aluminum alloy per SAE AMS-QQ-A-591 with an electroless nickel finish per SAE AMS-2404. The insert material is thermosetting molded compound per ASTM D 5948. Contacts are leaded nickel copper (C97) with gold over nickel plating. Contact retention is rear release, rear removable via beryllium copper clips.
The connector is free hanging with panel mount capability using floating eyelets. It includes two covers (part number 610 803). The polarizing system is unassembled at delivery. Crimp termination is used for wire attachment.
