Our Tachometer uses 144 high-performance LEDs to generate short, intense flashes of light that are emitted at regular intervals. These flashes are synchronised with the movement or machine being examined, giving the impression that the movement is frozen or extremely slow. This phenomenon is based on the proven principle of stroboscopy, in which the eye only perceives intermittent images of fast-moving objects through discrete flashes of light. The illuminance is 6270 lux at 12000 FPM and a distance of 20 cm. Measurements are simplified by the auto-scan function which gradually increases the flash frequency to quickly establish synchronisation.
For easy adjustment of the flash frequency, our Tachometer offers options in increments of 1 as well as the possibility to double or halve the flash frequency. The lux warning system consists of a measuring sensor with a handle and a wall bracket with a 1.5 m cable, a light transmitter and a digital display. The main area of application of this lux warning system is in the continuous light measurement and light monitoring of photo laboratories and production rooms (e.g. food or drug production ...). The moisture balance has a moisture measuring range of … 1%. The moisture balance is operated via the 5" touchscreen. To determine the moisture content with the moisture balance, a sample is evenly distributed on the sample pan. The sample pan is then placed in the moisture balance and sealed. After setting all parameters, the moisture balance starts the measurement. The accuracy of the moisture scale is ±.3 g. The moisture balance is therefore a precise measuring device.
The moisture balance determines the moisture content via the measured weight difference, based on the weight before and after drying the sample. The adjustable temperature range for the moisture balance is between 4 ... 165 °C / 14 ... 329 °F . A specific drying temperature can thus be selected for the sample in the moisture balance. The drying temperature is generated by means of a built-in halogen lamp with a diameter of 9 mm / 3.5".
Due to the drying process of the sample, the moisture balance can be used in many areas. Thus, the moisture balance is used in laboratories, for example, to measure the moisture of different powders, in final quality control to determine the moisture of granules or in agriculture or the agricultural sector to determine the moisture content of oats, grain or wheat.
The measured values can be transferred to a PC and analyzed via the RS-232 Modbus interface on the moisture balance. Suitable software is optionally available for the moisture balance. The melt index tester from PCE Instruments is used for rapid testing of the melt mass flow rate of plastics. The melt index tester is designed for incoming goods inspection as well as for continuous production monitoring. Due to the clear presentation of all relevant parameters on the 7 "touch display, the measurement results can be determined in a short time with the help of the melt index tester. The automatic cutting function also contributes to the high reproducibility of the melt flow index test carried out with this device.
The already stored standard plastic materials save the user of the melt index tester tedious configuration processes; these include: PS, PP, PE, ABS, PC, PMMA and many more. In addition to the already integrated standard plastics, the test temperatures and test weights are stored in the melt index tester in compliance with the standard (ISO 1133). Non-stored materials with material-specific parameters can be permanently added and saved in the melt index tester at any time.
Melt Flow Tester in application in the plastic production.The melt index tester is therefore ideal for determining the melt flow index, which provides the information about the flow behaviour or the viscosity of the plastic materials at different temperatures and pressures. During this test in compliance with ISO 1133, the mostly granular sample is placed in a preheated cylinder and heated at a material-specific temperature. A piston with a defined mass, due to its own weight, afterwards presses the liquid melt through a nozzle with a defined diameter. After a specified period of time, the measurement on the melt index tester is stopped and the mass, that has been flowing through the nozzle, is determined by means of the analytical balances, as a result the mass / time value (g / 10min) is obtained, which is also referred to as the MFI value. The melt flow index is determined in order to examine and study the flow behaviour of thermoplastics. Due to the flow behaviour, the degree of polymerization can be derived, which on the other hand has an influence on the later mechanical properties of the molded plastic. Since plastics are sometimes sensitive to moisture, the increased moisture in the granules during the melting process during injection molding can lead to the shortened molecular chains and thus to poorer mechanical properties. It is therefore necessary to dry the granules to a suitable level of moisture before injection molding in order to avoid later quality losses on the finished product.
The melt index tester from PCE Instruments is therefore a very suitable tool for determining the melt mass flow rate for a wide variety of thermoplastic materials. In this way, even before the production, the important parameters for the subsequent manufacturing can be determined and adjusted if necessary. The ohm meter is made to measure smallest electrical resistances. It uses four test cables that can be connected to the ohm meter. The ohm meter uses two test cables and a constant current source to allow stable current to flow within the measured device. The other two test cables measure the voltage drop. Due to the fact that this ohm meter is able to measure six different measurement ranges with three different measured currents, the user has the chance to observe a wide range of current.

During a measurement it is possible to record the measured values with the particle counter. A memory with a storage capacity of approx. 12 measurement runs, each with 999 measurement points, is available for the particle counter. The interval can be set at different times on the particle counter. After recording, the measurement data recorded by the particle counter can be transferred to a computer. The particle counter is connected to any computer via the micro USB interface to transmit the measurement data. Since the particle counter is recognized as a mass data storage device by the computer, the particle counter is independent of the operating system. The measurement data saved by the particle counter are saved in PDF.
In addition to data transfer, the 8 Wh battery can also be charged via the micro USB interface. The battery used in the particle counter enables an operating time of approx. 9 hours. Thus, the particle counter can carry out measurements over an entire working day before it has to be recharged. The temperature sensor of the probe thermometer is made of stainless steel and is ideal for food use. An LED is located parallel to the sensor, allowing measurements to be taken with the digital thermometer even in dark conditions.
When the probe is extended, the device turns on automatically. The measuring electronics of the probe thermometer are well protected in an ABS housing, and the protection class of the probe thermometer is IP54.
The display of the probe thermometer rotates depending on the orientation of the device, allowing the readings to be read comfortably. If the thermometer is not in use, the device turns off after 90 seconds.

The barometric pressure meter has a measuring range of -3 ... 6°C / -22 ... 14°F and can be used in cold environments. In addition to temperature and humidity measurement, the barometric pressure meter can also measure the absolute air pressure in the ambient atmosphere in a measuring range between 7 ... 11 hpa. Due to the different sensors, the barometric pressure meter already covers a wide range of measuring tasks. Typical applications of the barometric pressure meter are, for example, the monitoring of refrigeration facilities, greenhouses or also in the monitoring of an office workplace.
The measured values are stored on the internal memory of the barometric pressure meter . The barometric pressure meter has a memory capacity of 1334 measuring points. Once a measurement run has been completed, the stored measurement data can be read out from the barometric pressure meter independently of the operating system. This is possible because the barometric pressure meter is recognised as a mass data memory. When storing the measurement data, the measurement points are saved in a .pdf and in a .csv file.
With the corresponding software for the barometric pressure meter , the measured values can be displayed graphically. In addition, settings for the barometric pressure meter can be made via the software. For example, the storage interval can be set between 1 minute and 24 hours, visual alarm limits and start/stop pulses can be set for the barometric pressure meter . The humidity detector was designed in collaboration with biomass power plant operators. Since the heating value of pellets depends strongly on its moisture the humidity detector ensures high efficiency. The humidity detector performs a resistance moisture detection. This means that the humidity detector measures the resistance of the test sample in order to gain information about its moisture due to its characteristic curve. Therefore it is of great importance to select the appropriate characteristic curve and temperature of the humidity detector. The humidity detector is applicable for comparative measurements of pellets that are made of either sawdust, wood chips, straw, hay, scraps of pellets, shells of sunflowers, buckwheat, corn, soy, etc. Therefore, simply plunge the 1 mm long sensor into the pile of pellets and the measuring data will be collected after its stabilization. The humidity detector only measures at the tip of its sensor-probe. It is advised to perform several measurements at different points in order to achieve an adequate overview of the water content of the pile. Thus the humidity detector helps providing quick, easy and low-cost information about pellets moisture.

The practical display makes the pH value on the pH meter easy to read. Due to the waterproof and robust housing (IP 67), the pH value tester can also be used under difficult conditions. A recalibration always guarantees optimum accuracy and is very easy to perform using the optionally available calibration kits (automatic calibration function without calibration screws - to be performed only via the keyboard).
Water quality in aquariums is extremely important for the living organisms that inhabit it. Slight changes in pH level and temperature may lead to aggravating results and even death of the fishes or reptiles in the water tank. Therefore, application of the appropriate pH meter is required. The ecosystem in the aquarium must be as much similar to the natural conditions as possible. So, the measurements should be regular and provide accurate result.
Depending on the purpose of creating an aquarium, commercial, scientific (experimental and laboratory tests), decorative, the most desirable pH level should be maintained to provide correct living conditions for the fishes and other possible organisms there. Modern devices are often portable and easy-to-use instruments which help to monitor the changes in the pH level during the day or from day to day etc. The glass electrodes have long service life and due to a high level of precision and wide measurement range, it is possible to apply the meter often and detect the slightest deviations. For this type of measurements, the presence of the temperature sensor is very important, since the temperature change may occur within one aquarium, and it should be detected at once.
Not depending on the purpose, the aquarium is supposed to fulfil the main task of its own is to create the best conditions and the most favourable medium. This task may be a bit more challenging that it seems to be, because just filling-in the tank with fresh water is not enough and much depends on the parameters which the water has and how they may change with the time. Depending of the fish type, there may be slightly different requirements to the pH level of water (from 6 to 8, in average, but there may be exceptions). A very influential factor is also the type of water the owner decides to choose for the aquarium. Fresh and salty water have different desirable pH levels and it is important to take into consideration. As a rule, salty water has a higher pH value than fresh (8 and more). Before choosing the inhabitants for the aquarium, it is necessary to learn more about their natural habitat, because the conditions in aquarium should be maximally adjusted to the natural ones. The level of pH in aquarium should eb maintained on the desirable level. The growth of pH may have a destructive influence, since the growing ammonia deteriorates the water quality and may be very harmful to the fishes. That is why, pH level control in aquarium is practically a daily task, if your intention is to have a beautiful water tank with healthy inhabitants.
Fishes are very sensitive to the fluctuation of pH, especially if the values are much different from the natural and usual ones for them. pH tester allows the user for checking the current pH level within just a few seconds and make the changes immediately if the deviation happens.

The radiation detector is a useful tool to examine solar cells for their characteristics. The determined characteristic curves are saved directly on the solar module tester. Up to 1 measurements can be stored in the data memory of the radiation detector. The stored measured values can then be read out and further processed on a PC with the associated software. In addition, it is possible to operate the radiation detector completely via the software.
The radiation detector has two different measuring functions for determining the characteristics of a solar module. In the automatic mode, the characteristic curve is created with automatic parameters by the radiation detector. This gives the operator a first impression of the state of the solar module. In manual mode, the start and end of the current value can be set on the radiation detector. If the area of the solar module and the power of the incoming radiation are stored in W/m², the radiation detector can calculate the efficiency and the fill factor of the cell. Another measuring function with the solar module tester is the one-point measurement. A specific current can be controlled and checked by the radiation detector.
The LCD display of the radiation detector has a size of 4.8“. This means that the characteristic curve and all measured values can be read off at the same time. In order to analyze the characteristic curve better, each individual measuring point on the radiation detector can be approached. For a different view of the X and Y axes, you can switch between current, voltage and power by pressing a button on the radiation detector.
Because of its many different functions, the radiation detector is the ideal measuring device to examine solar modules for their effectiveness. The radiation detector is therefore used in photovoltaic systems and research facilities for the further development of solar modules. This residual current device (RCD) tester determines the tripping current and tripping time of residual current devices (RCDs). The various selectable test currents allow for extremely flexible use of this RCD tester. Residual current devices (RCDs) are present in every household electrical system. This fine dust monitor is powered by a rechargeable battery. The LC display is illuminated and easy to read from any angle, for example when the meter is on a desk. In addition to the standard white lighting, the PM2.5 monitor switches the lighting to red in the event of an alarm.

The environmental meter is a portable handheld device for the measurement of Beta, Gamma, and X-rays. A GM tube (Geiger-Müller counter) detects radiation exposure that can be harmful to humans and the environment. The real-time value, the average value, and the accumulated dose are displayed on the environmental meter's large color screen. Additionally, the radiation dosimeter can display a bar graph of the most recent real-time measurements.
By setting an adjustable alarm threshold, the user can be alerted when the limit is exceeded. The environmental meter has a data storage capacity for 167,857 values, which can be accessed with a simple button press.
The storage interval and automatic shutdown can be adjusted or disabled as needed. In the environmental meter's settings, users can choose from 4 menu languages.
The environmental meter is used in the general population, by individuals professionally exposed to radiation, and in other areas where there is a health risk associated with radiation.
