The accelerometer has a measuring range of 0 ... 200 m/s² for acceleration. In addition to acceleration, the vibration meter can also measure speed, displacement, frequency and an ISO 18016-3 measurement. During the vibration measurement, an FFT view is simultaneously displayed on the vibration meter. By pressing a button, it is possible to switch from the FFT analysis to the actual wave view of the vibration. This makes it possible to analyse and evaluate a vibration even better with the vibration meter. The magnetic holder of the vibration sensor of the vibration meter is designed in such a way that it can be attached to curvatures with a minimum radius of 20 mm / 0.78".
In addition to the vibration measurement, the accelerometer also has an external infrared temperature sensor. With this temperature sensor, surface temperatures between -70 ... 380 °C / 158 ... 716 °F can be measured. Another measuring function of the vibration meter is the contactless speed measurement. This means that the number of revolutions of ventilation systems, for example, can be checked with the vibration meter.
The accelerometer has a 4 GB memory. The measurement data can then be transferred from the vibration meter to a PC. Free software is available to analyse the data.

The PCE-VM 5000 Vibration Meter indicates a large, lighted LCD display for four channels of simultaneous vibration measurements from remote vibration sensors. This vertical force test stand is a motorized test station with a force range of up to 500 N. Thanks to the large travel of 270 mm, a wide variety of test specimens, clamping devices and measuring systems with the most diverse dimensions can be mounted on the vertical force test stand and, furthermore, a tensile or also a compression test can be carried out. The travel speed can be precisely adjusted in 1 mm/min steps between 1… 500 mm/min. The set speed is shown on the display of the vertical force test stand. The travel is also shown directly on the display.
In addition to setting the speed, the vertical force test stand also offers the option of switching between automatic and manual mode. In manual mode, the force test stand only travels the path when the corresponding key is pressed. In automatic mode, this takes place automatically until the operator stops the process or a limit switch is approached.
The travel distance of the vertical force test station can be limited via the limit switch. This has the particular advantage that the operator can use the limit switches to limit the travel path, for example to protect the measuring device before it hits the floor of the vertical force test stand or moves into the chuck, thereby causing overload and damage to the measuring system.

The moisture meter is a portable measuring device for water activity. Water activity indicates the amount of water that is biologically available for microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, or similar. Each type of microorganism has a minimum water activity value below which no growth is possible. The higher the aw value of a food, the more perishable it is. Bacteria typically require a water activity of over 0.98, but significantly lower water activity of up to 0.6 can be tolerated by extremely halophilic bacteria, for example.
The moisture meter has a measurement range of 0.01 aw to 1 aw with high accuracy of ±0.03 aw. The measuring attachment is magnetic, ensuring that the sample can be measured securely and protected from light. The moisture meter comes with 3 sample trays, allowing many food items to be quickly tested for shelf life. Additionally, 2 AAA 1.5V batteries are required to operate the moisture analyzer.
