The Igus CF130.10.04.UL is a flexible control cable from the Chainflex CF130.UL series, designed for medium load requirements in Energy Chains®. This unscreened cable features a fine-wire stranded conductor made of bare copper, with a core size of 1mm² (17 AWG).
It has 4 cores, each insulated with mechanically high-quality TPE mixture. The cable is rated for a nominal voltage of 300/500V and has an insulation resistance of at least 20 MΩ x km. The outer jacket is made of a low-adhesion, lead-free PVC mixture, providing a grey finish (similar to RAL 7001).
Designed for durability and reduced downtime, this cable is flame-retardant and abrasion-resistant. It has an outside diameter of 7mm and a minimum bending radius of 10 times the cable diameter when used in Energy Chains®. The operating temperature range for this cable is -5°C to +70°C.
