The Infineon BSZ065N03LS is an N-channel OptiMOSTM Power MOSFET designed for high-performance buck converters in server and VGA applications. It offers a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a very low on-resistance (RDS(on)) of 6.5 mΩ at VGS=10V and 8.6 mΩ at VGS=4.5V. The continuous drain current (ID) is rated up to 49A at TC=25°C with VGS=10V.
This MOSFET is optimized for high-frequency Switched-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with very low Figure of Merit (FOM) for Qoss and Sw. It is 100% avalanche tested and provides superior thermal resistance. The component is housed in a TSDSON-8 FL package, suitable for surface mounting.
