It features 14 conductors arranged as 6 twisted pairs plus 2 additional conductors, with stranding of 20 AWG and 24 AWG tinned copper. The cable is shielded with a tinned copper braid providing 85% coverage, and jacketed in a green polyurethane (PU) material.</p><p> </p><p>Electrical ratings include a nominal voltage of 30V, with test voltages of 1500V conductor/conductor and 750V conductor/shield. The cable is rated for continuous flexing with a minimum bend radius of 7.5 times cable diameter, and for installation at 4 times cable diameter. Temperature range is -50°C to +80°C for stationary use and -40°C to +80°C for continuous flexing.</p><p> </p><p>The cable is halogen-free, flame retardant (VW-1, FT1), oil resistant (OR-05), and abrasion resistant. It is UL Style 20236 and CSA AWM I/II A/B FT1 approved. Designed for high dynamic performance in cable chains, it supports acceleration up to 50 m/s², travel speed up to 5 m/s, and travel lengths up to 100 m.</p>
