<p>The AD8561ARZ-REEL7 is a general-purpose comparator designed for high-speed applications. It features a rapid 7 ns propagation delay, making it suitable for timing circuits and line receivers. This comparator supports single supply operation from 3 V to 10 V and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.</p><p> </p><p>Key electrical specifications include a low input offset voltage of 2.3 mV and an input bias current of -3 μA. The device boasts a high common-mode rejection ratio of 85 dB and a large signal voltage gain of 3000 V/V. The input common-mode voltage range extends from 0 V to +3.0 V.</p><p> </p><p>Packaged in an 8-SOIC surface mount package, the AD8561ARZ-REEL7 is designed for easy integration into various electronic systems. Its output type is compatible with CMOS, Complementary, and TTL logic levels. The comparator also includes a latch function for added control.</p><p> </p><p>Applications for the AD8561ARZ-REEL7 include high-speed timing, clock recovery, line receivers, digital communications, and phase detectors.</p>
