It offers a Drain-Source Voltage (VDS) of -60V and a typical Gate Threshold Voltage (VGS(th)) of -2V, making it easy to drive switches. The MOSFET boasts a low on-resistance of 6Ω at a gate-source voltage of -10V and a continuous drain current of -185mA at 25°C.
With a fast switching speed of 20ns (typ.) and low input capacitance of 20pF (typ.), the TP0610K is suitable for high-speed circuits. It also provides 2000V ESD protection. The device is available in a TO-236 (SOT-23) package, suitable for surface mounting.
