The AOS AON6926 is a 30V Dual Asymmetric N-Channel MOSFET designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck power stages. It integrates two specialized MOSFETs within a compact Power DFN5x6A package, optimizing layout and board space utilization.
The Q1 'High Side' MOSFET is engineered to minimize switching losses, while the Q2 'Low Side' MOSFET, an SRFET™, offers low RDS(ON) to reduce conduction losses. Additionally, the Q2 MOSFET includes an integrated Schottky diode with low QRR and Vf, further reducing switching losses.
