The Infineon 6EDL04N02PR is a second-generation three-phase gate driver IC from the 6ED family, capable of controlling power devices in 3-phase systems with a maximum blocking voltage of +600 V. It utilizes Infineon's thin-film-SOI-technology for excellent ruggedness against transient voltages and prevents parasitic latch-up.
Key electrical characteristics include an output source/sink current of +0.165 A / -0.375 A and typical turn-on/off delay times of 60 ns / 26 ns at 1 nF load capacitance.
