<p>The Vicor 18372 is an InMate through-hole socket-mount system designed for use with VICOR Micro-Sized DC-DC converters. It consists of a plastic carrier factory-loaded with 5 input and 5 output sockets, which hold the sockets rigidly during assembly and soldering. After soldering, the carrier is removed, leaving the sockets accurately positioned on the PCB.</p><p> </p><p>This socket is compatible with through-hole mounting and solder termination, supporting wave or hand soldering processes. The sockets accommodate PCB thicknesses ranging from 0.055in to 0.1375in and allow for inboard or onboard module mounting. The product is supplied in standard recyclable JEDEC style trays suitable for automated pick-and-place equipment.</p><p> </p><p>RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, the Vicor 18372 is a reliable socket solution for integrating Micro-Sized modules into power supply designs.</p>

<p>The Vicor 20264 Thermmate Mini is a thermal interface pad specifically designed for use with Vicor mini-sized DC-DC converter modules. With a thickness of 0.007 inches, it provides efficient thermal transfer between the module baseplate and a heatsink. The pad is constructed from Henkel AL-2-22H-212 phase change thermal compound, which improves heat conduction under pressure and temperature.</p><p> </p><p>The pad includes a 0.0025-inch adhesive strip for secure attachment and a 0.002-inch aluminum alloy 1145-0 foil layer for structural integrity. It is supplied in a 10-pack and has an indefinite shelf life when stored at temperatures below 40°C in its original packaging.
