The Zilog Z8E00110PSC is a feature-rich, one-time programmable (OTP) microcontroller from the Z8 Plus family. It offers a cost-effective solution for applications requiring robust I/O capabilities and on-chip timers.
This microcontroller operates at speeds up to 10 MHz with a 3.5V to 5.5V supply range and a 0°C to 70°C operating temperature. It includes 1KB of on-chip OTP EPROM memory and 64 x 8 general-purpose registers (SRAM). The device features 13 total input/output pins, configurable as push-pull or open-drain, and a 5-bit I/O port with special functionality.
Peripheral features include an analog comparator and a 16-bit programmable Watch-Dog Timer (WDT). Software programmable timers can be configured as two 8-bit standard timers and one 16-bit standard timer, or one 16-bit standard timer and one 16-bit Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) timer.
