The Zilog Z8E00110PEC is a feature-rich, one-time programmable (OTP) microcontroller from the Z8Plus MCU family. It offers a cost-effective solution for applications requiring powerful I/O capabilities and on-chip timers.
This microcontroller core features 1KB of OTP EPROM memory and 64 x 8 bytes of general-purpose registers (SRAM). It operates at speeds up to 10MHz with a 4.5V to 5.5V operating range and is suitable for operation between -40°C to 105°C.
Peripheral features include 13 total input/output pins, configurable as an 8-bit I/O port (Port A) and a 5-bit I/O port (Port B).
