The VS-20CTH03S-M3 is a hyperfast rectifier diode array from Vishay Semiconductors, part of the FRED Pt family. It features two 10A diodes in a common cathode configuration, with a maximum reverse voltage of 300V. The device is designed for high efficiency power conversion, offering a maximum forward voltage of 1.25V at 10A and 25°C, with a typical forward voltage of 0.85V at 125°C. Its maximum reverse recovery time is 35ns, minimizing switching losses.
This rectifier is intended for use in output rectification stages of switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), UPS systems, DC/DC converters, and as freewheeling diodes in low-voltage inverters and chopper motor drives. The planar structure and platinum-doped lifetime control ensure ruggedness and reliability.
The device is housed in a surface-mount D2PAK (TO-263AB) package with matte tin plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020.
