The Vishay Dale V60100C-M3 is a dual high voltage Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifier designed for high efficiency operation. It utilizes Trench MOS Schottky technology to achieve an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 0.36 V at 5 A and 0.66 V at 30 A.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100 V and an average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) of 30 A per device. The peak forward surge current (IFSM) is rated at 320 A for 8.3 ms. The operating junction and storage temperature range is -40°C to +150°C.
This rectifier comes in a TO-220AB package with through-hole mounting. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and the base part number suffix '-M3' indicates it is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and commercial grade. Terminals are matte tin plated and solderable per J-STD-002.
Typical applications include high frequency converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diodes, DC/DC converters, and reverse battery protection.
