The V10P10HM3_A/H is a high current density surface-mount Schottky rectifier diode from Vishay, utilizing TMBS (Trench MOS Barrier Schottky) technology for ultra-low forward voltage drop and high efficiency. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward current of 10A. The forward voltage is typically 0.453V at 5A and 0.574V at 10A, enabling low power losses in high-frequency applications.
This diode is designed for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, freewheeling circuits, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection. It offers a peak forward surge current capability of 180A (10ms half sine-wave) and an avalanche energy rating of 100mJ. The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
The device is housed in an SMPC (TO-277A) surface-mount package with a very low profile (typical height 1.1mm), ideal for automated placement. Terminals are matte tin plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102. The part is halogen-free, RoHS3 compliant, and meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260°C.
