The Vishay Dale TPSMP36AHM3_A/H is a high power density surface mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode. It features a very low profile, typical height of 1.0 mm, making it ideal for automated placement in various applications.
This TVS diode is designed for protection in consumer, computer, industrial, and automotive applications.
