The Littelfuse SZSMF6.5AT1G is a 200W unidirectional TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from high voltage transients. It features a stand-off voltage of 6.5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 11.2V at a peak pulse current of 17.9A (10/1000 µs waveform). The device offers a fast response time of less than 1 ns and provides ESD protection up to 30 kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2, as well as EFT protection of 40 A per IEC 61000-4-4.
This TVS diode is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive and other high-reliability applications. It is supplied in a low-profile SOD-123FL package with a maximum height of 1.0 mm and a footprint area of 8.45 mm², ideal for space-constrained designs. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, and is available in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
