The SZNUP2125WTT3G is a dual line ESD protection diode designed by On Semiconductor for automotive bus protection. It provides bidirectional protection for CAN and LIN transceivers against ESD and other transient voltage events.
This device offers a reverse working voltage of 24V, a typical breakdown voltage of 28.5V, and a clamping voltage of 50V at 3A peak pulse current. It can handle up to 3A peak pulse current (8/20 µs waveform) and dissipate 200W peak power. The reverse leakage current is less than 100 nA at 24V. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to ±30 kV contact and air discharge.
The SZNUP2125WTT3G is suitable for automotive networks including CAN, CAN-FD, and LIN. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable (SZ prefix). The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
It comes in a surface mount SC-70-3 (SOT-323) package, operating over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
