The SZNSP8814MTWTAG is a Zener TVS diode designed for transient voltage suppression in automotive and Ethernet applications. It features four unidirectional channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 3V and a clamping voltage of 15V at 35A peak pulse current (8/20µs). The device offers low capacitance of 5pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines. It is housed in an 8-WDFN exposed pad package with a wettable flank for improved solder joint inspection. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The component is not intended for power line protection.
