The SZMMBZ27VALT1G is a dual common anode Zener TVS diode from On Semiconductor, designed for transient overvoltage protection in voltage and ESD sensitive equipment. It provides 40W peak power dissipation at 1.0 ms with a clamping voltage of 40V at 1A peak pulse current. The device features IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection (up to ±30 kV contact discharge) and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. The SOT-23-3 (TO-236) surface mount package allows for two separate unidirectional configurations or a single bidirectional configuration, making it ideal for space-constrained PCB designs. The device is RoHS compliant and Pb-free, with a flammability rating of UL 94 V-0.
