SZMMBZ12VALT1G

The SZMMBZ12VALT1G is a dual monolithic silicon Zener diode designed for transient overvoltage protection. It provides two unidirectional configurations or a single bidirectional configuration in one SOT-23-3 package. Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 8.5 V, a maximum clamping voltage of 17 V at 2.35 A peak pulse current, and a peak pulse power rating of 40 W at 1.0 ms. The device is rated for ESD protection up to ±30 kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4, and meets Human Body Model Class 3B (>16 kV) and Machine Model Class C (>400 V).
