The SZESDM3551N2T5G is a bidirectional ESD protection diode designed for voltage sensitive components requiring low capacitance. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a breakdown voltage of 8.2V. The device provides excellent ESD protection with ±30kV contact and air discharge ratings per IEC 61000-4-2, Level 4. It can handle a peak pulse current of 9.9A (8/20µs) and has a maximum capacitance of 21pF at 1MHz, minimizing signal degradation in high-speed circuits.
